Word နဲ႕ PowerPoint အတြက္ DocTranslate

ကၽြန္ေတာ္ေမးလ္ထဲမွာ ပုိ႕လာတဲ႕ Word files Attachments ေတြကုိ Auto Translate လုပ္တဲ႕နည္းကုိ တင္ျပခဲ႕ျပီးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အခုနည္းကေတာ႕ Software နဲ႕ ျပဳလုပ္တဲ႕နည္းကုိ တင္ျပေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ ဒီေဆာ႕လ္၀ဲကေတာ႕ Word နဲ႕ Power Point ဖုိင္ေတြကုိ Auto Translate လုပ္ေပးမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

1.ေအာက္မွာ Doc Translate ကုိ Download ခ်ုလုိက္ျပီး ျပီရင္ Run လုိက္ပါ။

2.License ေတာင္းပါလိမ္႔မည္။ အလကားရပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္မွာ ရွိတဲ႕ License မေပးေတာ႕ပါဘူး။ ကုိယ္တုိင္းရယူလုိက္ပါ။ License ရယူရန္ ဒီေနရာကုိသြားလုိက္ပါ။ ေအာက္မွာ လုိအပ္တာျဖည္႕ေပးလုိက္ပါ.။ ျပီးတာနဲ႕ OK ကုိ ႏုိပ္လိုက္ပါ။ ေမးလ္ထဲမွာ License ပုိ႕ေပးပါမည္။ ဖြင္႕ျပီး ထည္႕လုိက္ပါ။



အသုံးခ်တဲ႕အပုိင္း

1.Doc Translate ကိုဖြင္႕လုိက္တာနဲ႕ ေအာက္ပါအတုိင္းေတြ႕ရပါမည္။ File >> Open ကို click လုိက္ပါ။ Documents Section မွာလည္ ေရြးခ်ယ္လုိ႕ရပါတယ္။ ဒါေပမဲ႕ File >> Open ကေနဘဲ သြားလုိက္ပါ။



2.ေအာက္ပါအတုိင္း မိမိ ဘာသာျပန္ခ်င္တဲ႕ Word နဲ႕ Power Point ရွိတဲ႕ Files ကုိ ရွာလုိက္ပါ။ ဒီေနရာမွာ File Type မွာ မိမိရွာခ်င္တဲ႕ Files Type အမ်ဳိးအစားကုိ အရင္ေရြးခ်ယ္ျပီးမွ ရွာပါ။ ဥပမာ File Type အကြက္မွာ txt ဖုိင္ျဖစ္ေနရင္ Power Point (ppt) ႏွင္႕ Doc ကုိ ေတြ႕ရမွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင္႕ ေျပာင္းေပးဖုိ႕ လုိအပ္ပါတယ္။



3. Language Section မွာ Source (from) မွာ မိမိ ဘာသာျပန္မည္႕မည္႕ ဖုိင္ရဲ႕ Language ကုိ ေရြးေပးလုိက္ပါ။ Target မွာကေတာ႕ မိမိ ျပန္ေစခ်င္တဲ႕ ဘာသာ ကုိ ေရြးခ်ယ္ေပးလုိက္ပါ။ Memory Section မွာ မိမိ Translate လုပ္တဲ႕ Files ကုိ Save ခ်င္တဲ႕ေနရာကုိ ေရြးခ်ယ္ေပးလုိက္ပါ။



4.အထပ္ပါအဆင္႕ေတြ ျပီးသာနဲ႕ ေအာက္ပါအတုိင္ အနီေရာင္နဲ႕ ျပထားတဲ႕ Enter Start ကုိ click ေပးလုိက္ပါ။ ဒါဆုိရင္ ျပီးပါျပီ။

Attachments ဖုိင္ေတြကို AutoTranslates

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ ေမးလ္ထဲမွာ MS Word,Excel Attachments နဲ႕ ပုိ႕လာတဲ႕ ဖုိင္ေတြက တစ္ျခားဘာသာစကားနဲ႕ပုိ႕လာရင္ Auto Translate လုပ္ေပးတဲ႕ Toolbar ေလးကို တင္ျပေပးပါမည္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ ေမးလ္နဲ႕ ပုိ႕လာတာကုိေတာ႕ Translate ခ်က္ခ်င္းလုပ္လုိ႕ ရတဲ႕ Tool ပါေပမဲ႕ Attachments ေတြကုိေတာ႕ Translate လုပ္မေပးပါဘူး။ ဒါေၾကာင္႕ ေမးလ္နဲ႕ ပုိ႕လာတဲ႕ Word Attachments ေတြကို ခ်က္ခ်င္ Translate လုပ္ျပီ ဖတ္ရေအာင္ တင္ျပေပးလုိက္တာပါ။

1.http://translate.google.com/translate_tools?hl=en&layout=1&eotf=1 ကုိ click လုိက္ပါ။ ေအာက္မွာ Download Google Toolbar ကုိေတြ႕ရပါမည္။ အဲဒါကုိ click လုိက္ပါ။ FireFox ရဲ႕ အေပၚထိပ္မွာ Allow ဆုိတာ ေပၚလာပါမည္။ Allow ကုိ click ေပးလုိက္ပါ။ (နားမလည္က Firefox Add-On အေၾကာင္းေတြမွာ ေလ႕လာႏုိင္ပါတယ္။

2.အထပ္ပါအတုိင္းFirefox မွာ Add-On လုပ္ျပီးတာနဲ႕ မိမိေမးလ္ထဲမွ Attachments နဲ႕ပုိ႕ထားတဲ႕ ေမးလ္ကုိ ဖြင္႕လုိက္ပါ။ ျပီးတာနဲ႕ view As Html ကုိ Click လုိက္ပါ။



3.View as Html ကုိ click လုိက္တာနဲ႕ ေအာက္ပါအတုိင္းေတြ႕ရမည္။ Translate ကုိ click လုိက္ပါ။ ဒီေနရာမွာ ကၽြန္ေတာက English ဘဲ ျပန္ေျပာင္းဖတ္ခ်င္တာ ျဖစ္လုိ႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ္က Toolbar ကုိ English ကုိ ဘဲ ေရြးခ်ယ္ခဲ႕လုိ႕ Auto Translate လုပ္ေပးတာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။



4.မူလအတိုင္းဘဲ ျပန္ဖတ္ခ်င္တယ္ဆုိရင္လဲ Show Original ကုိႏုိပ္လုိက္ရုံပါဘဲ။ Software နဲ႕ ေျပာင္းတာ ထပ္တင္ေပးပါမည္။

Auto Respon ကုိ Date နဲ႕သက္မွက္ရေအာင္

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ အခုေနာက္ပုိင္း ေမးလ္မွာ Tool အသစ္ေတြ တုိးလာတာေတာ႕ အေတာ္ၾကာေနပါျပီ။ ဒါေပမဲ႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ မေရးျဖစ္ပါဘူး။ အခုနည္းကလဲ သိျပီးသာလဲ ျဖစ္မွာပါ။ မသိေသ သတိမထားမိေသးတဲ႕ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြအတြက္ ရည္ရြယ္ရင္ တင္ျပေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ Gmail အေၾကာင္းနဲ႕ ပတ္သက္ျပီး Gmail ႏွင္႕ Gtalk လြယ္ကူူစြာ အသုံးျပဳနည္းစာအုပ္ကုိ ျပဳစုခဲ႕တာေတာ႕ ရွိပါတယ္။ အဲဒီတုန္းက ဒီၤအေၾကာင္းကုိ ေသခ်ာ မေရးခဲ႕ဘူး။ အဲဒီစာအုပ္ျပဳစုခဲ႕တုန္းကေတာ႕ last ဆုိျပီးဘဲ Tool က ပါတာေပါ႔။။ အခုေတာ႕ Tool က End ဆုိျပီး ေျပာင္းထားတာ ေတြ႕ရတယ္။ ျပီေတာ႕ ရက္စြဲကုိလဲ ေသခ်ာေရြးခ်ယ္လုိ႕ရေအာင္ calender ထည္႕ထားတာကုိ ေတြ႕ရတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင္႕ သုံးရတာ ပုိအဆင္ေျပလာတာ ေတြ႕ရတယ္။
မိမိ Gmail မသုံးတဲ႕အခ်ိန္ ခရီးသြားစရာရွိတဲ႕ အခ်ိန္မွာ မိမိဆီကုိ ေမးလ္ပုိ႕လာတဲ႕ သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြကုိ Auto Responder လုပ္ေပးတာ ျဖစ္သလုိ မိမိသတ္မွတ္ထားတဲ႕ ရက္ျပည္႕သြားတာနဲ႕ Auto Turn off ျဖစ္သြားေအာင္ လုပ္တာကုိ အဓိက အသားေပး တင္ျပခ်င္တာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ေက်းဇူးတင္ပါတယ္။

1.မိမိ Gmail ကုိ Sign In လုပ္လုိက္ပါ။
2.Setting ကုိ ထပ္ click လုိက္ပါ။
3.Vacation responder အကြက္မွာ Vacation responder on ကုိ click လုိက္ပါ။ First Day အကြက္မွာက မိမိ စျပီ Responder လုပ္ေစခ်င္တဲ႕ Date ကုိ ေရြးခ်ယ္ေပးပါ။ End မွာကေတာ႕ မိမိ Responder လုပ္တဲ႕အေၾကာင္း ဘယ္ေန႕မွာ ရပ္ေစခ်င္လဲဆုိတာကုိ ေရြးခ်ယ္ေပးလုိက္ပါ။ Subject မွာေတာ႕ မိမိ ေရခ်င္တဲ႕ အေၾကာင္းအရာ တစ္ခုခုေရးလုိက္ပါ။ မေရးလဲ ရပါတယ္။ Message မွာေတာ႕မိမိ ဘယ္သြားေနလုိ႕ ဘာလုပ္ေနလုိ႕ဆုိတာကုိ ေရးလုိက္ေပါ႔။



4.ျပီးရင္ေတာ႕ Save Changes ကုိ click လုိက္ပါ။ ျပီးပါျပီ။

Controlling command မ်ားစုစည္းမႈ႕

ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာမွာ controlling အပုိင္းနဲ႕ သက္ဆုိင္တဲ႕ command ေတြကုိ စုစည္းတင္ျပေပးလုိက္ပါတယ္။ အျခား controlling command ေတြလည္ က်န္ခဲ႕ႏုိင္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ကေတာ႕ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ သိသေလာက္ မွတ္မိသေလာက္ကုိ တင္ျပေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္တုိ႕ ဒီcommand ေတြကေတာ႕ မိမိလုိအပ္တဲ႕ အပုိင္းေတြကုိ ျပဳျပင္ ေျပာင္းလဲ လုပ္တဲ႕ေနရာမွာ ျမန္ျမန္ဆန္ဆန္နဲ႕ ျပီးေျမွာက္ဖုိ႕အတြက္ အလြယ္သြားႏုိင္ေအာင္ စုစည္းေပးလုိက္တာပါ။

Network command မ်ားစုစည္းမႈ႔

ကၽြန္ေတာ္သူငယ္ခ်င္းေတြအတြက္ Post အသစ္ေတြ မတင္ျပေပးျဖစ္တာ အေတာ္ၾကာေနပါျပီ။ အေၾကာင္းက ကၽြန္ေတာ္ Network နဲဲ႔ပတ္သက္တာေတြ ေလ႕လာေနလုိ႕ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ္ တင္ျပေပးဖုိ႕လဲ ရွိပါတယ္။ အခုေတာ႕ Network နဲ႔ပတ္သက္ျပီ အေျခခံ Command ေတြကုိ တင္ျပေပးလုိက္ပါတယ္။ ေနာက္ပုိင္း Network နဲ႔ပတ္သက္တဲ႕ သေဘာတရားေတြကုိ နည္းနည္းစီ တင္ျပေပးသြားမွာပါ။ Windows နဲ႕ပတ္သက္တာေတြလည္ ဆက္ေရးမွာပါ။ အခုတင္ျပေပးတဲ႕ command ေတြကုိလည္ သိထားသင္႕လုိ႕ တင္ျပေပးလုိက္တာပါ။ Start >> Run >> cmd ထဲမွာ ရုိက္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ျမန္မာလုိ ထပ္ရွင္းစရာ မလုိဘူးလုိ႕ထ င္ပါတယ္။ ဒီတုိင္းရွင္းလုိ႕ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။
